Terms of Service for Bedudu Systems

Welcome to Bedudu Systems. By accessing or using our hotel and lodge management software, you ("user," "you," "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for or using Bedudu Systems, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our platform. We may update these Terms from time to time, and by continuing to use the service, you accept any changes made.
2. Description of Service
Bedudu Systems is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for small to medium-sized hotels and lodges. It enables users to manage bookings, check-ins, check-outs, invoicing, payments, and other hotel-related operations. Bedudu Systems also allows users to create roles for staff with specific permissions (e.g., front desk, accounts).
3. Eligibility
To use Bedudu Systems, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Provide accurate and current information during sign-up.
- Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. User Accounts
As a registered user of Bedudu Systems, you agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Bedudu Systems offers flexible subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual). By signing up for a subscription, you agree to:
- Pay the subscription fees based on the plan you select.
- Provide valid payment information.
- Authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Data Ownership and Access
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to Bedudu Systems. This includes guest information, booking details, room data, and financial records. Bedudu Systems acts as a processor of your data, providing you with the tools to manage and control it.
As the account owner, you can create user roles and assign permissions within your organization. You are responsible for managing and overseeing the access levels of users within your account.
7. License and Restrictions
Bedudu Systems grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software for your hotel or lodge's internal business purposes.
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal purposes.
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of Bedudu Systems.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its security measures.
8. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of Bedudu Systems at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use Bedudu Systems ceases, and we will delete your data from our systems, unless required otherwise by law.
We may terminate or suspend your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the integrity or functionality of the service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bedudu Systems and its owners, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
- Unauthorized access to your account or data.
Our total liability to you for any claims related to your use of Bedudu Systems is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Bedudu Systems is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that Bedudu Systems will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
12. Privacy
Your use of Bedudu Systems is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our platform, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Papua New Guinea, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Papua New Guinea.
