1. No Refunds on Subscription Fees
All subscription fees for Bedudu Systems are non-refundable once paid, except in cases outlined below. This includes monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual subscriptions. We recommend that you review the terms of the service and utilize any available free trial period before committing to a subscription plan.
2. Refunds for Service Disruptions
In the event that Bedudu Systems experiences prolonged downtime or service disruptions beyond our control that significantly affect your ability to use the software, we may offer prorated credits or refunds based on the severity and duration of the disruption. Any refunds or credits issued will be at our discretion.
3. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If a duplicate payment or an incorrect charge is made, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate or incorrect payment upon verification. Please contact us immediately if you believe you’ve been charged in error, and provide any relevant transaction details for us to investigate.
4. Cancellation of Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to Bedudu Systems will continue until the end of the current billing cycle (month, quarter, or year depending on your subscription). No refunds will be issued for the remainder of the billing period after cancellation.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
